Privacy by design

Your media is used to make the export you request.

The handling path changes with the format you choose. We make that distinction visible before export.

Optional usage analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics receives limited usage events such as template selections, export outcomes and broad duration ranges. These events exclude your audio, file names, project content, email and account ID. Google processes technical information such as browser and device information and uses analytics cookies. Advertising personalization is disabled. Use Privacy choices to allow or stop future collection. Essential security logs and aggregate server render and billing counts remain enabled to operate the service.

Local WebM stays local

When you choose browser WebM, recording happens on this device. VisualiSound does not upload that export; the downloaded file remains wherever you save it.

Creator MP4 is temporary

A Creator MP4 request uploads the media required for a private render. Completed MP4s and their private previews are available in Profile for 30 days after completion. Each export shows its expiry date. Source uploads and processing intermediates have a shorter cleanup window. Download access ends at expiry; background storage cleanup can finish later.

No permanent media library

This release does not provide stored projects or a permanent audio and video library. Export names, previews and dates form a temporary history, not editable saved projects. Expired exports disappear from that history. Small account and billing records may remain for identity, authorization, limits, and operations.

This page describes the current product behavior, not a promise of permanent storage. Review the export choice in the editor before submitting media, or return to features.
